  • Body Barre Sculpt/Reformer Plus
    Get ready to work! Sculpt your body with The Total Pilates Barre along with the Reformer, Chair,Tower and exercise props. Enjoy a combined work-out consisting of Cardio, Strength training and Dance to increase flexibility, stamina and dynamic stability. Burn calories while you sweat to the latest music! 25 minutes Pilates Barre combined with 30 minutes on the Pilates equipment.Props, hand held weights, Therabands, resistance leg bands, mini stability ball. Sculpt!!!!! glutes, thighs, calves, inner thighs back arms, chest, intense core work. Note: See a medical professional prior to starting a new exercise routine.
  • Cardio Pilates Circuit Sculpt/Reformer Plus
    Intermediate Level Cardio Pilates. Client core is strong, client understands all Pilates Modification , proficient in Pilates Movement with minimal correction on form.  Have completed min 15 Beginner classes within 90 day period. This class is fast paced/ heart pumping /and fat burning intermediate level Pilates exercises using all pilates equipment/props to help build stamina and endurance.  Implementing Pilates Barre Sclupt , Indo-Row” equipment and/or Jump-board. Please consult with a physician before beginning any Cardio based exercise program.  Fitness shoes required.
  • TRX Suspension Training
    Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to complete 100s of exercises.

  • Indo-Row/Indo-Row Water Rowing Aerobics
    Adding an effective cardio routine to your Pilates workout can multiply your results quickly.  Recently, Indo-Row has gained notoriety for its ability to burn calories quickly.  Recognizing the need for our clients to have access to this dynamic equipment, we’ve added several classes and private sessions to our schedule.
    What’s it like? You’ll use a rowing machine designed to simulate a boat moving across water; members are split into teams that race against each other.  Students row through real water tanks, following the pace set by their instructor and race each other in a high-intensity relay to the finish.
    Calorie Burn:  Professional trainers will tell you that rowing is one of the best exercises going. Elite rowers, the type of people you see on Olympic crews and college teams, have cardio conditioning rivaling world-class bicyclists. As a calorie burner, it’s terrific. A 155-pound person will burn about 600 calories an hour even with light effort and 1,000 calories during a vigorous workout.
    Can anyone row? Rowing can be done by all fitness levels and ages. The class is taught at the same level for everyone but participants are encouraged to move at their own pace.  Indo-Row is a workout that makes you feel successful the first time you get on the rower and gives you clear goals to track your improvement over time.
